Join our resident storyteller Flor Bromley for magical stories. You are encouraged to jump, dance & sing and be a part of the story.
2pm - 3:30pm Ailey Storytime and Dance Workshop
The prestigious Alvin Ailey Dance Theater joins us to share a reading of excerpts from the book "My Story, My Dance" by Robert Battle and an Ailey Arts In Education Dance Workshop.
3pm - 4pm Weaving Workshop
Grab your spot on the lawn of the Heather Hart: The Oracle of Amplitude exhibition as Designer and Textile Artist Sajata Epps leads a weaving workshop.
4pm - 5pm Performance by Annette A. Aguilar & StringBeans
Annette Aguilar returns to the Museum for an afternoon concert of Latin Brazilian Jazz presented in concert with The Women In Latin Jazz Festival celebrating the 14th Annual Latin American Culture Week.
