Jen Dawson was born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. Her practice is based in sculpture and performance and typically centers around core memories from her childhood and adolescence. She received her BFA in 2007 at Texas Christian University and her MFA in 2012 at SUNY Purchase.
